The St. Dominic Savio Scholarship is a high school scholarship for poor families in Matamoros Mexico. At this site, you can learn more about the scholarship, learn how to make a donation or help our efforts, contact us, and see information about the people we have helped in the past.

In Matamoros Mexico, public schooling is provided to the children of the city for free up until sixth grade. The remaining education to complete their high school education and recieve a diploma is only available at private schools which charge tuition.

Most of the families in this poor community cannot afford to pay this tutition. Our scholarship provides enough money to families to suppliment their contribution and allow their childern to finish their high school education.

The scholarship is given to families that are in need of the financial help and to individual teenagers who proven successful acedemically.
